To ensure the best possible results, we rely on customer involvement and cooperation throughout the tailoring process. We take responsibility and pride in our workmanship, but we are also human, so we take every initiative within our power to correct any mistakes we do make.

As part of our commitment to excellence, sewhelpful! is happy to offer every customer complimentary fittings for any garment we work on. During these fittings, our tailors pin the garments according to the customer’s desired adjustments, and document these changes for reference. We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of these complimentary fittings.

For customers who choose to opt out of their complimentary fittings, garments will be tailored based on the instructions provided at drop-off. These instructions will be documented and included on the customer’s receipt for reference. Any changes requested on a garment after work is completed will be considered a new transaction, and will be subject to regular service times and fees.

Customers who utilize our complimentary fitting are encouraged to try on their garments at pick-up for a final in-person review. If the garment does not align with the requested adjustments, we offer one free revision at no additional charge. If the garment matches the requested adjustments as documented but further changes are still desired, these additional adjustments may be treated as a new transaction.
